Our definition of co-operation

In the course of the implementation phase the co-operation between you, CPM and external partners will be defined precisely. An assessment of your car fleet's structure, details of all vehicles and users as well as organisational circumstances are necessary to ensure a high-quality fleet management.

In order to optionally enable automatic transfer of accounting data into your accounting system, all cost center numbers, SAP data and charts of accounts need to be integrated into CPM's own accounting system during the implementation phase.

As soon as your car fleet is fully reflected within CPM's specialised software, the fleet manager can take over control.

Analysis by the specialists

Already in the course of the implementation, CPM specialists analyse the circumstances and administrative processes concerning your fleet and evaluate optimisation potential to achieve persistent cost reductions.

Since the automobile industry is subject to constant change, the implementation process is no one-time issue. Legal regulations, new available services and optimisation proposals, worked out as part of our consulting services, may result in the implementation of new service partners or new processes.
