The CPM reporting system offers you quick and secure access to detailed information about your fleet at any time. All costs actually incurred are recorded according to your corporate structure, cost centre structure and accounts structure, and presented in a meaningful report. The system is structured from a group to a vehicle-specific level. You can retrieve the current accumulated costs—each broken down according to cost centre—and access each voucher. All expenses recorded under CPM are presented in the Web-based software solution Facit.net developed specially for our customers. Installation of the software on your computing system is not necessary.

We put an end to the paper deluge

All vouchers received are scanned into in an electronic accounts book and then forwarded via workflow to the respective department for further processing. Your vouchers are then filed away in an electronic archive in compliance with statutory requirements and, on request, sent to you on data medium. This means that we additionally relieve you of the time-consuming, space-intensive filing of original vouchers. Other benefits are audit acceptability and prevention of bills being settled twice. With our Facit.net reporting system, you are not only able to access vehicle costs direct, but also take a close look at the original vouchers on the screen.
