CPM has a specialised department where insurance professionals assert your claims against the insurer. In close co-ordination with you, experts are called in and, if necessary, legal action is taken to represent your interests.

It is of course important to properly settle the damage, but it is even more important to take appropriate measures to prevent damage in the first place. Based upon the detailed damage reports, potential causes can be determined proactively, thus allowing us to prevent future damage by taking countermeasures.
